Our first live production system. Voice notes captured on Plaud hardware auto-transcribe and upload as Google Docs. A Google Apps Script engine runs twice daily — 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern — scans the Plaud Drive folder, sends content to the Claude API for action item extraction with priority and category tagging, appends results to a Master Log, and delivers email summaries. A fully automated voice-to-action intelligence loop, live and running.

We're building an AI scheduling engine designed for the complexity of healthcare environments — multi-provider, multi-location, patient-preference-aware. The system integrates with existing EHR workflows and applies predictive modeling to reduce appointment gaps, no-shows, and administrative friction. Built first for healthcare, applicable to any high-complexity scheduling environment where human judgment currently does all the work.

Named for the brightest star in the Pleiades — the navigator's star — Alcyone ID is a W3C-compliant decentralized identity system built natively on the XRP Ledger. It gives every human being a verifiable, self-sovereign digital identity that they own completely, protected by zero-knowledge proofs.
Where institutional identity systems build top-down — large organizations authenticating through centralized authorities — Alcyone builds bottom-up. Every person, every credential, every verification: rooted in the individual, secured by blockchain, compliant with global standards including GDPR and DSGVO.
